Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service apply to the PredictoBets Community website, our Telegram channels and any paid VIP membership (together, the "service"). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Not a Bookmaker or Casino — Entertainment Only

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age in your country if higher.
• You are responsible for making sure that sports betting is legal where you live.
• We may refuse or end access to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

Description of Service

The service consists of:

• Free sports predictions (football, tennis, basketball and hockey) shared in our public Telegram channel and on this website
• Paid VIP membership with additional daily predictions, shared in a private Telegram channel
• Statistics, a public results archive and free betting calculators
• General educational content about betting and bankroll management

VIP Membership & Payments

• Prices are shown in euros on this website and may be subject to applicable taxes.
• Payments are handled through third-party payment providers via a link sent in Telegram. We do not store your card details.
• Membership runs for the period of the plan you choose and gives access to the VIP channel for that period.
• Access is personal. Sharing, forwarding or reselling VIP content may lead to removal without refund.

Refunds

Because VIP content is delivered digitally and immediately, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law. Results of predictions — winning or losing — are not grounds for a refund. If you have a billing problem, contact us on Telegram and we will look into it.

Community Rules

• Treat other members with respect — no abuse, harassment or hate speech.
• No spam, advertising, scams or promotion of other services.
• Do not impersonate PredictoBets Community staff or ask members for money.
• We may remove messages or members who break these rules.

Third-Party Sites

Our website and channels may link to bookmakers, payment providers and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, services or terms. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website and in our channels — including text, graphics, logos, screenshots, analysis and predictions — belongs to PredictoBets Community or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PredictoBets Community is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service, including money lost on bets. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
